Generators with power steering pump or tach drive attached to the rear end cannot be converted to a Gener-Nator.

* All Lucas Gener-Nators that are built are of the C- 45 model configuration. All C- 45 type OUTRIGHT (without a core exchange) Gener-Nators are bolt on replacements and will differ slightly in appearance from the original generator.

The original C - 45 type Generator can also be converted to a Gener-Nator for an exact match.

In many cases a C- 45 type Gener-Nator can be used to replace a C- 40 or C- 42 type generator with a spacer kit (which is provided).

For all Positive Ground  C-45 type Gener-Nators, a generator light or (no charge lamp) circuit can be provided at an additional cost.   All Negative Ground C-45 Gener-Nators come standard with a light circuit at no additional cost.
